It would be my honor…

My lifetime has been a growing and healing journey for me.

Born into a family where there was lots of conflict and no skills to find their way out, I spent a lot of it being a scared little girl. Vowing that life would be different someday.

Then starting my own family with all of us in conflict all over again.

I started doing all the programs my parents could have been helped by too.

Nonviolent Communication is the foundation, giving permission to have feelings and needs. No more scared little girl who wasn’t allowed to speak.

My Enneagram training unlocked an understanding of how we came into this world with precious essential qualities that are turned around from us through our conditioning. And yet can be turned around again with determination and our natural resilience.

My Mediate Your Life skills gave me the structure on how to listen deeply to one another, even where there’s deep pain and suffering. And how to make requests for healing and reconciliation.

Lastly I’d say my Spiritual practices have been mostly about presence, letting our nervous systems come to rest. Sitting in this present moment with myself and with another individual. Accompanying them through the old stories of the past and through future doubts and fears, as needed. Holding our connection to the present, for the both of us.

Whether I sit with people in counseling or pre-mediation or mediation, the time is precious for me.

People needing support come. They trust and share their vulnerable hearts. And then there’s transformation. Someone I recently sat with said, after a deep sigh, “Amazing that so much could happen in so little time.”

If this sounds familiar to you – a vow that life would someday be different – I look forward to hearing from you.

It would be my honor to sit with you.
