So many of us long for more ease, honesty, and connection in our relationships. When conflict, hurt, or misunderstanding builds, it can be hard to know how to begin.
Through conflict coaching, mediation, and facilitated conversations, I help people slow down, listen more deeply, speak more clearly, and find a way forward with greater care and understanding.
My work is grounded in Compassionate Communication, also known as Nonviolent Communication, and many years of supporting individuals, families, educators, and groups through difficult conversations.
My work may include one-on-one conflict coaching, mediation between two or more people, or facilitated conversations for families, educators, groups, and teams. Together, we choose the format that best fits the situation.
I help people navigate:
- Strained communication
- Conflict with family members, partners, colleagues, or teams
- Reconnecting with loved ones
- Parenting and co-parenting challenges
- Divorce and life transitions
- Anger, hurt, and old patterns of misunderstanding
- Preparing for difficult conversations
- Repairing trust and rebuilding connection
At the heart of my practice is a belief that hard conversations, when held with care, can become a path back to connection.
